Delete your FlipDeck account
Last updated 8 October 2026 · Spintech Studio · Privacy policy
You can delete your FlipDeck account and everything attached to it. There are two ways: do it yourself inside the app, which is immediate, or ask us, which is for when you no longer have the app.
Do it yourself, in the app
- Open FlipDeck.
- On the home screen, tap the round person button at the top right to open Me & settings.
- Scroll to the bottom, tap Delete account, then Delete forever.
It happens straight away. You do not need to email anyone.
Or ask us
If you have uninstalled the app, lost the device, or cannot get in for any other reason, write to spintechstudio@gmail.com and say you want your FlipDeck account deleted. If you signed in with Google, write from that address so we delete the right account. A person reads these; allow a few days, and we will confirm when it is done.
What is deleted
| Your profile | Your display name and your online stats — games played, games won, pairs matched and the hardest level you have won |
|---|---|
| Your sign-in | The account itself, at Firebase Authentication; if you signed in with Google, FlipDeck’s link to that Google account |
What is kept, and why
Online games you already played. Each finished online room keeps the display name and score you had in that game, so the other players’ results still add up. Once your account is deleted these are no longer linked to any account. To have them removed as well, email us as above.
Things on your phone. Solo stars, your streak, unlocked decks and sound settings live only on your device. They are not sent to us, and uninstalling the app removes them.
